Issue with Quick add to cart button when try to add product into cart

    HI Team,

    I am currently experiencing a problem with the quick “add to cart” button that appears when hovering over a product. Whenever I attempt to click on the cart icon, instead of adding the product to the cart, I am redirected to the product page.

    To address the issue you are experiencing, please follow these steps:
    1. Open the page with Elementor.
    2. Navigate to the ‘Edit Product Carousel Widget’.
    3. Go to ‘Hover Effects’.
    4. Select ‘Default’.
    5. Update the page to save the changes.

    These steps utilize the prebuilt functionalities of the widget.

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello, Raghib,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    We can’t connect FTP:

    Error:        	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error:        	Could not connect to server

    Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
    Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    The product in question is a Variable one, meaning it offers multiple variations for selection. Consequently, clicking the ‘add to cart’ button redirects you to the Single product page, as it necessitates choosing from these variations. However, if you wish to streamline the process by enabling ajax adding of products, you can do so by activating the ‘Show swatches’ option as depicted here: [https://prnt.sc/BjKOFH3WbZjc]. With this option enabled, the script associated with Swatches will dynamically generate the necessary parameters for each product’s button, allowing for seamless addition to cart using ajax [https://prnt.sc/pPX7a7uB_D-l].

    It’s important to note that this functionality only applies when a default variation is set for the product; otherwise, customers must select the appropriate variations before completing their purchase.

    Is it possible to hide the Variation Swatches from product card? or only show on product hover?

    Hello, Raghib,

    It is the Product Grid widget on your screenshot, but we answered you about the Archive Products widget, for the Shop page. In case, you mean custom pages, like Home, where the Product Grid widget is used, there is no option to show swatches on hover, unfortunately.
