Issue with product images on pages - by Cover Lovers

For some reason when I went to my website “coverlovers.ca”.
All of the products were super-sized up and all really big, and a couple of the products have really blurry images because they are using images scaled up so big.

Here is an image of all the products and you can see the last product is super blurry and all the products are VERY big.

This issue occurred after I updated all my plugins which included the XStore update (so I’m assuming it’s just an issue with something you guys added or fixed in the new update)

(Here is an example of the products all sized in, and they do it on any other shop catalog/category page as well.)

Would be a great help if you could get it back to normal and get the image quality for some of the images back to normal.

Hello,

What version of the theme did you use before the update? The latest version should not affect displaying of product images.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

I have no idea what version I used before the update, I can provide wp-admin and FTP access.

I know there’s an issue with the product page when you change the products per page to 2 for example, the products would get SUPER big and that’s not what it did before I updated.

Thanks, that’s better.

Now when I change the number of products per row, the images stay the same size which is good. However, the images are a bit small now, how can I make them bigger?

Also, what did you do to fix it?

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Custom CSS > find the code below and change the max-height to what you need

.content-product .product-content-image img { width: auto; max-height: 250px; }
