Issue with Product Add Page in Dokan Plugin

    I am experiencing an issue with the Dokan plugin on my e-commerce website. Specifically, the product add page is not functioning correctly. When attempting to add a new product:

    There is no option to input product details (e.g., description, price, SKU, etc.).
    The image upload feature is missing, preventing me from adding product images.
    This issue is critical as it directly impacts my ability to manage and display products on my website. I’ve tried [mention any troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken, e.g., clearing the cache, disabling other plugins, updating the plugin, etc.], but the problem persists.

    Could you please investigate and provide a solution at the earliest? Let me know if you need any additional details or access to the website.

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    Please let us know the result.

    We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

    Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    I have switched the Xstore theme but it was not working.

    We would like to inform you that the Dokan v3.14.x plugin is currently not compatible with our XStore theme. As a temporary solution, we have rolled back the Dokan plugin to version 3.13.x.

    At this time, everything should be functioning as expected. We kindly request that you clear all caches and try again to ensure optimal performance.

    I discovered that the Dokan plugin was deactivated, which gave all vendors limited access to the WordPress dashboard. However, the issue was that they could see all customer orders and there was no option for withdrawal requests. To resolve this, I had to reactivate the plugin, even though the vendor’s “Add Product” page is currently not functioning. Please fix this asap.

    Hi @Arka Sarkar,

    Please don’t update the Dokan plugin to the latest version. It’s not compatible with our XStore theme yet.

    We’ve rolled it back again to 3.13.x version.

    Can you please check the “Add Products” page again?

    Did not update just reactivated it to enable withdrew option for sellers but add product page is broken.
