Issue with plugins - by neobible - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello, I have an issue with a plugin on my site : “boxtal”from http://www.envoimoinscher.com/
It’s about shipping for my woocommerce.
When I activate it, the products prices change and display in duty free. All alone.
The boxtal’s team says there is any issue from their plugin.
Any help ?

Hi,

You are asking about a third party plugin that we never tried before and the plugin team said

The boxtal’s team says there is any issue from their plugin.

So, this should be fixed from their side.

all right then, the plugin is not activated any more but my products prices are still differents than my woocommerce setups. It shouldn’t be in duty free version. I have upload the new version of xstore and the same for woocommerce. What’s wrong ? Some plugins could make xstore dysfunction ?

Hello,

We don’t guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, so try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check your problem. If it won’t help please describe your problem in details and provide wp-admin access in Private Content.
