Issue with Painting Studio Demo Installation

    Hello,

    I am experiencing a problem with the installation of the Painting Studio Demo.

    The demo installation does not complete correctly and the result is a complete disaster. The layout is broken, many elements are missing, and the website does not resemble the demo at all.

    What is strange is that when I install other demos, everything works perfectly. The issue seems to occur only with the Painting Studio Demo.

    Could you please help me identify and resolve the problem?

    The issue is not related to a specific page that needs fixing. The problem occurs during the installation of the Painting Studio demo itself.

    When I install other demos provided with the theme, everything works correctly. However, when I install the Painting Studio demo, the installation does not complete properly and the website becomes unusable. I get blank pages, plugin-related errors, missing content and various issues that do not occur with the other demos.

    My expectation is that the Painting Studio demo should install and function correctly, just like the other demos.

    Would it be possible for your team to investigate the installation process of this specific demo? If necessary, I can provide WordPress administrator access so that you can check the issue directly on the website.

    Hi,

    We’ve tested the demo import, and this issue does not appear on our test sites.

    1/ We kindly ask you to downgrade your PHP version to either 8.1 or 8.2 (contact your hosting provider) , as not all plugins are currently compatible with your new PHP version.
    2/ Please turn on debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
    3/ Privade us with FTP access. For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Our theme is fully compatible with Dokan, so the vendor dashboard, store pages, and other marketplace features should integrate automatically. If you notice any layout issues, please go to Theme Options > WooCommerce and ensure that the Dokan styling options are enabled.
