    I can’t go to the mobile panel I don’t know why?

    Hello,

    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
    If thi is not the fault of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, we will check it more deeply.

    Hello

    My issue is that I can’t go to the mobile panel settings

    When I try to click on mobile panel, it keeps loading..

    My mobile panel is hiding my footer I am trying to figure out what is wrong
