Issue with Mega Menu Full Width Not Displaying Properly

Dear Support Team,

I am designing a Mega Menu using the static blocks feature for the “All Departments” section. However, the mega menu is not appearing in full width as shown in your demo. I have tried adjusting the length and height, but it still does not expand across the full page.

I also watched your tutorial video, where it shows that I need to go to the Header Builder and select the “Full Mega Menu” option from the menu settings. However, in my Header Builder, I only see the “Enable Custom Header” option—other settings shown in the video are missing.

I would appreciate your expert guidance to resolve this issue. Please let me know if I need to activate a specific setting or if I’m missing something in the configuration.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I’m facing an issue with the ‘All Departments’ section. Is it possible to make it full screen here as well? Could you please guide me on how to fix this, so if the issue happens again, I can resolve it myself without bothering you?

Please note that such an option is currently not available. On our demo as well, the layout does not extend to the full width of the screen. You may, however, set a fixed width in pixels, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Ok9wPOQSFXAM
