Issue with Inserting FAQ Template on About Us Page

    Dear XStore Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am reaching out regarding an issue I am experiencing while trying to add an FAQ section to my About Us page. I have tried multiple times to insert an FAQ template using the XStore live studio, but it keeps failing. Despite clearing my cache and following all the recommended steps, the FAQ template simply won’t appear on the page.

    Here’s what I’ve done:

    – Tried inserting the FAQ template directly from the XStore live studio, but it disappears when I try to preview or insert it.
    – I have cleared my cache and attempted the process again, but it’s still not working.
    – I’ve tried over 10 times to get the FAQ section added, but every time it redirects me back to the About Us page and doesn’t save the changes.

    I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this. Could you please visit my About Us page and add 3-4 different FAQ template styles from XStore live studio? This would allow me to choose the one that best fits the look and feel of my website. Once added, I will make further edits as needed.

    To help you better understand the issue, I am sharing the link to my About Us page and a screenshot of the FAQ section I am trying to add. I believe this might be a bug or some other issue with the integration.

    Hello @Muffle,

    You were unable to import this section because it contains the basic Accordion element, which had been previously disabled in the Elements Manager (https://prnt.sc/yvuGHl4znXjM). We have now enabled this widget, so please check again.

    Please, note that such widget is displayed only if the Nested widgets feature is set to disable state (https://prnt.sc/bwv_402Q5Wlp)
