    Hello,

We configured the Google login on our development domain, and it was working fine. However, now that the site is live, it no longer works and returns the error shown in the attached screenshot.

We have updated the redirect URI in Google API settings with the current live domain, but the issue persists.

    How can we resolve this?

    Thank you for your support.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please ensure that the following steps have been completed correctly:

    1. **Redirect URI Update** – Verify that the redirect URI in your Google API settings exactly matches the live domain, including the correct protocol (http/https) and any subdomains.
    2. **Authorized Domains** – Check that your live domain is added to the list of authorized domains in the Google API Console.
    3. **OAuth Consent Screen** – Confirm that the OAuth consent screen is properly configured and published.
    4. **API Credentials** – Ensure that you are using the correct Client ID and Client Secret for the live environment.
    5. **Cache and Cookies** – Clear your browser cache and cookies or try logging in from an incognito/private browsing window.
    6. **Console Errors** – Check the browser console and server logs for any additional error messages that might provide more details.

If the issue persists, please provide us with screenshots of your settings and any additional details so we can further assist you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
