    Hello,

When creating empty categories or brands, the page displays a critical error: “A critical error has occurred on your website.” Moreover, the affected page lacks a normal structure.
Additionally, enabling “Hide out of stock products” leads to the same error when all products in a category are sold out.
If WooCommerce doesn’t show a category or brand without a product, I would appreciate it if, in these situations, the page could display an informative message indicating that there are no products available in that category or brand, rather than generating a critical error.
I need your help to fix this. Can you provide a solution or guide me on the necessary settings?

    Thank you,

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, EmporioWeb,

We kindly request that you provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP credentials to facilitate necessary support and maintenance activities.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and assure you that your credentials will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and care.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, EmporioWeb,

We have identified that the issue you are experiencing is due to modifications made to the parent theme file located at:
    wp-content\themes\xstore\woocommerce\loop\no-products-found.php

We strongly advise against making any changes to the parent theme files. Please be aware that we do not assume responsibility for any issues that may arise from altered code. Furthermore, it is important to note that any modifications made will be automatically overwritten during theme updates.

For any template file alterations, we recommend utilizing a child theme to ensure that your changes are preserved.

Please find the details in the private content section.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Please contact administrator
