I’m experiencing an issue with an Elementor widget on the XStore theme.

In Elementor Edit Mode, navigating through menus/tabs is instant.
However, on the frontend (live site), every click on a menu triggers a loading state, as if the content is reloading each time.

The editing is being done on the My Account page, with PRO ELEMENTS enabled.

    Hello @iceball,

Please provide us with a video demonstrating the issue so that we can better understand your request. You can upload the video to a service such as https://fex.net/ and share the link in the private area. Additionally, please include the URL of the website in question along with temporary wp-admin access credentials so that we can review the settings on your site.

    Best regards,

    Hello @iceball,

This is not a bug. The PRO Elements plugin displays all tabs of the account page while in the editor to provide a better UI/UX experience, allowing you to apply the correct configuration and review the design of each tab. You can see in their code that, in the editor, all tabs with their content are loaded: https://prnt.sc/lBVFQW1zSTea, https://prnt.sc/_Oni6nitn3Js. However, on the frontend, the original shortcode for the account page is used, which includes all additional hooks and filters necessary for proper functionality and content display.

There is no alternative solution, and this issue is not related to our theme, as the widget in question belongs to the PRO Elements plugin and not to our theme. We hope this information is helpful and that our explanation clarifies the situation.

    Best regards,

    Hello, iceball,

Thank you for your clarification. Unfortunately, this is the expected behavior, as in Elementor it is only a preview. On the live website, each tab is a separate page, which is why the page reload occurs.

    Best regards,
