    ear XStore Support Team,

    I am facing an issue with Elementor not loading properly when the XCore plugin is activated. I have tested this by deactivating all other plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro. In this case, Elementor loads and works fine. However, as soon as I activate the XCore plugin, I receive the following error:

    “Elementor could not be loaded.”

    This indicates a possible conflict between Elementor and the XCore plugin.

    I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my end.

    Do you see a memory error in Woocommerce > Status > Logs > fatal error file? If so, please follow this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/fatal-error-allowed-memory-size/

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    I am facing an issue with Elementor on my website. When I open a page and try to edit it with Elementor, it works the first time. However, if I go back and try to reload the same page or open it again, Elementor does not load properly. It either gets stuck on the loading screen or fails to open at all.

    I have tested this multiple times and on different browsers, but the issue remains the same.

    To help you investigate the issue more effectively, I am providing temporary admin access below:

    Please log in and try opening any page using Elementor. After that, go back and try opening or reloading the same page 2–3 times — you will notice that Elementor stops loading.

    I would appreciate it if you could look into this and help me resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Thank you for your earlier assistance.

    Unfortunately, the issue is “still unresolved”. I have taken the following steps on my end:

    – Reinstalled Windows on my system
    – Completely reset my WordPress installation
    – Changed my system entirely
    – Attempted multiple times to activate the XStore Core plugin

    Yet, every time I activate the XStore Core plugin, the same issue persists — blank pages and missing elements.

    At this point, I kindly request one of the following:

    1. Please perform a “complete reset of the XStore Core plugin” from your end on my website
    OR
    2. Provide me with a “new purchase code”, so I can do a clean reinstallation and setup

    Alternatively, I am willing to provide you “remote access” to my system or WordPress site if that helps you better identify and resolve the issue.

    Your support in resolving this matter is highly appreciated, as I am unable to proceed with my website in its current state.
