Issue with editing Product Grid/Widget in Elementor – Data Source not updating

I am reaching out regarding an issue I’m facing while trying to edit a specific section on my page using Elementor.

I have attached a screenshot of the section in question. When I try to edit the area below the product image (where the product name “Towers and Titans” is located), I am unable to customize the Data Source correctly.

Here are the specific details of the problem:

Limited Options: When I try to change the Data Source, I only have a few specific options.

“All Products” Filter: If I select “All Products,” it only displays this single specific product instead of showing my entire catalog.

“On Sale” Filter: If I switch the filter to “On Sale Products,” I receive an error message stating that no products were found, even though I have products on sale in my store.

I would like to be able to dynamically pull different products or manually select which product appears in this slot. Could you please advise if this is a configuration issue or a limitation of the widget?

Hi Support Team,

Thank you for your reply, but I believe there is a misunderstanding.

This is not a “custom development” request. I am trying to edit a pre-built element that comes directly with the XStore Home Page demo I imported.

If this element is part of your official theme, I should be able to configure its Data Source using Elementor without needing external developers.

I have two specific questions:

Why am I unable to edit the products displayed in this specific grid/widget that came with your theme?

Why should I pay a third party (WP Kraken) just to use a basic feature (Product Query/Data Source) of a widget included in the XStore package?

I would appreciate it if you could take a closer look at the screenshot I sent. It seems like a bug or a specific setting within the XStore/Elementor integration that is preventing the products from showing correctly.

Hello @Downlore,

Could you please provide temporary WP-Admin access? We need to review your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please create a new user account with the Administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is created, kindly share the username and password with us securely via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Additionally, please check the product display limit under the Query section of the widget. If only one item appears, it may be configured to show a single product. Please also clarify whether you would like multiple products to be displayed in this section. Due to the layout, they will appear one below another. Providing additional details, such as screenshots or a short video, would help us better understand your request.
