Hello XStore WordPress WooCommerce Support Forum,

I’m currently facing a challenge with displaying product categories on my “Our Menu” page in WordPress. Despite successfully adding products and creating corresponding categories, I’m unable to showcase these categories on the “Our Menu” page.

I have meticulously added products to my WordPress website and have organized them into distinct categories. However, when attempting to feature these categories on the “Our Menu” page using the WPBakery Editor, I’m encountering difficulties. The categories aren’t being displayed as expected, which hinders the seamless navigation and browsing experience for our customers.

Thank you for your assistance and attention to this matter.

    Best regards,
    Azeddine

    Hello, Azeddine,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We’ve recorded a video for you with an example. Please check the Private Content area.

Every additional plugin slows down the site a bit, so we would recommend you disable unrequired plugins. For example, You are using the WPBakery page editor, so the Elementor plugin can be disabled.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
