Issue with custom tabs theme plugins since I move to xstore on new site build

I recently updated to your theme on one of my websites. All look well until trying to update custom tabs.

We need custom product tabs to add more information, But when we add custom tabs to a single product it shows product description information.

But if any products don’t have product description data there showing perfectly the custom tab information. Seems therefore an interment issue in that respect.The only change we make is the theme. Any help will be massively appreciated.
