    Hello Team,

I’d like to report an issue we’re experiencing with the “WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments” plugin.

Our website uses multiple user roles such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. We are using this plugin to display specific shipping options based on the user role, and while it works correctly on the cart page, it behaves unexpectedly on the checkout page.

I have attached a video explaning the issue, where I logged in as a Bronze user, only three shipping options should appear. An exception is made for free shipping, which should only become available if the cart total exceeds $1500 USD. This condition works correctly on the cart page, the free shipping option appears only when the total meets the requirement.

However, on the checkout page, an additional (fourth) shipping method becomes visible if I try to add or remove quantity, This inconsistency is causing confusion and goes against the intended configuration. No matter how the quantity or cart value is changed, the cart page consistently hides the fourth option, while the checkout page does not.

I’ve attached a video to demonstrate the issue in real time.

We would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as it seems like a theme conflict.

just to add to topic, we checked all the plugins by deactivating one by one, when we go with storefront all is working as expected, while all the plugins are active, but as soon as child theme is activated back, the problem starts, so assumption is that somehow there might be conflict between the theme, and woo plugin for shipping and payment

    Hello @Shehzad Ghazi,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have noticed a fatal error on your staging website, which is currently preventing us from logging in to investigate the issue further.

Could you kindly perform a test by activating the default Storefront theme along with the XStore Core and Elementor PRO plugins deactivated ? Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with a video demonstrating how the website functions with the default theme enabled.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
