Issue with cart not showing item - by allrosie

    Hi,

    I have a the classico theme along with the woocommerce product add-on extension. I have also reached out to woocommerce but they had no answers for me. I really need this resolved and hope you can help or shed some light on the issue for me.

    When I select a product add-on on a product page the extra information does not move to the cart page. Please see below.

    Have you had any issues with the classico theme and the product add-on extension.

    I have been through the process of disabling all other plugins and still get the same issue.

    What is the link to wp-admin panel?
    We can’t access it via /wp-admin or /wp-login.php.

    Hello,

    I was able to log in now.
    Thank you.
    I’ve checked this issue with default WordPress theme and it’s persists there too.
    So the problem is related to the plugin. You have to contact Woocommerce support.
