    Dear Xtore Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I have added a “Buy Now” button on my homepage Mid section. This button works perfectly on mobile devices but is not functioning properly on desktop. I believe there may be a bug or some conflict that is preventing the button from working on desktop.

Specifically, when I click the button on desktop, it does not redirect to the product page as expected, even though the link is correctly set up. However, the button works fine on mobile, and the redirection happens as intended.

Could you kindly look into this issue and enable the functionality on desktop as well? I want to ensure that when users click the button, they are redirected to the product page as specified.

Thank you for your support. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

    Hi,

Thank you for your response and for fixing the issue.

However, I noticed that the image element was removed to resolve the problem. While I understand this may have temporarily fixed the issue, I believe this is not a permanent solution.

Could you please help me understand the root cause of the issue? Specifically, why the image element was affecting the functionality of the Buy Now button on desktop.

Also, if possible, I would really appreciate if you could provide a proper fix so that both the image element and the button can work together without any conflict. Removing elements is not ideal for my design structure, so I would like to understand what is causing this conflict.

Looking forward to your guidance on a permanent solution.

    Hello,

In the screenshot we provided, it is clearly visible that the image element has a frame. Although the image itself is just a line, it still occupies a rectangular area. This transparent area was overlapping your button, which is why the button did not work.
Since you need that line, we have restored it but changed its position so that your button now functions correctly. Please clear your cache and check the result.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
