  Hi
  I have a problem this day with my website ; when i try to connect to dashboard, it says it’s not the good infos to connect (despite i’m sure of it) .. and the bigest problem is that when i want to use the lost password fonction, i never receive any mail :/ So for ow, I can’t even connect to the website :/

  Hello,

  1) You can try credentials that you provided us in Private content of another topic https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-on-homepage-contents-do-not-load/

  2) If you don’t get any reset password email check the spam folder and check the email address for your user because once we tried to change the email address from the Dashboard for our user we get email notification http://prntscr.com/mo6rxq so your WP sends the emails.
