Issue while importing demo content - by Aman

Hi,
I am facing issue while importing Demo content. Once I click on Import > Next, it stays stuck on that screen and doesn’t import any content. Please see the below image for the stuck screen:

To overcome the issue, I tried importing demo content by importing individual XML files but some of the functionalities are broken after doing that.
I am hosting my WordPress on Hostinger and it does not have any compatibility issues.

Please help with getting this resolved.

Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to check the issue in more detail.

Please help fixing the 1 Click Import so that I won’t have to upload XMls and figure out how to make it work every time I want to try a new Demo.

Hello,

Demo was imported except some media https://gyazo.com/cc0e1c54bfd636ff6bcf5b30b4769462
This demo includes 252 images and server timeout is not enough to import all the media because if it size. But you will replace all the product/post images by your own. Do you really need all of them? If yes then I’ll import them manually for you.

I don’t need the images but can you please tell me how to make the Importer work?

Hello,

As was shown in the gif from Olga, the importer works fine, just not all images can be imported.
Is there anything else we can help you with?
