Issue to toggle Hotspot on Mobile – open and close

Please refer to the page we have, a portforlio with hotspot function.

On desktop it works fine, however on mobile, we have to click on the “+” sign to open the hotspot, to close it we also must click on the “+” sign again.

Actually to make it more user friendly, on mobile and pad, the user should be able to:
– click anywhere on the screen to close the hotspot.
– if they click on the other hotspot “+” sign, the old window should close and new window should open.

Can you advise?

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, this functionality cannot be achieved using custom CSS alone, as such interactive features should be implemented exclusively through JavaScript.

If you wish, you may submit a feature request (https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/), or alternatively, you can try using the default Hotspot widget provided by Elementor to see if it meets your requirements.
