Issue paging through shop page from 1 page to the next, breadcrumb issue

    scroll to where you skip to the next page, ie page 2. click it and it reloads page 1. this happens sometimes not all the time, but quite often. so its hard to scroll around the shop. Not sure what the issue could be.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

    what? i updated the theme etc just recently. when you say pirated you mean not sourced from you guys? i bought and paid for it and have been updating it until recently. i always download it from themeforest

    We can confirm that you have purchased a valid license. Regarding the issue with the pirated archive installed on your site, we do not have specific information on how this occurred. However, in most cases, this happens when a developer or the site owner initially downloads and installs an unofficial archive from the internet before purchasing the official license.

    Because a pirated archive was installed, there is a high probability that your site may contain backdoors, viruses, or other malicious code. This can cause various issues unrelated to the theme itself, and we cannot take responsibility for such problems.

    Please first remove all existing files and clean your site thoroughly to ensure there are no viruses or infected files left. After that, download the official archive and license code directly from your Envato ThemeForest account and activate the theme using those files.

    Please note that, according to Envato’s policy, one license can be used for one live website and one staging website only. If you have more than one live website, you will need a separate license for each.

    We understand that you would like assistance in resolving this issue. Our recommendation is to completely reinstall the theme using the official files as described above.     Please do guide me, I am not that technical. 5 years ago I did ask a very good friend to assist with something on the site – other than that there has been no developers. I have existing order etc on the site, will that be lost? Please do guide me step by step as to what to do – thanks.
    PS i have 3 licenses from Xstore cos i love the theme

    Hello, Quintus,

    Please follow the steps below:

    1) Create a backup of your website. You can use the All-in-One WP Migration and Backup plugin for this purpose. Make sure to download the backup file to your local computer.
    2) In the dashboard, deactivate the XStore theme.
    3) In the Appearance → Themes section, activate a default WordPress theme.
    4) In the Appearance → Themes section, delete the XStore theme.
    5) In the Plugins section, deactivate and delete the related plugin.
    6) Then, download the XStore archive from ThemeForest and install it via Appearance → Themes.
    7) In the dashboard, activate the XStore theme using your Envato purchase code.

    I have not done this before so i may have silly questions… i assume the orders i have received will still be there? i wont lose current orders? and customer details that are currently saved in the system. also all media, images etc… after i do this, the site will look the same with all products, blogs, categories etc

    I have done all steps and it all went successfully.
    However i still cannot apply the patches. See screenshot for error.
    This error comes up when i click on apply all patches
    when i try and it one by one, the same error comes up about a valid purchase code….
