Issue on WP Bakery Grid Builder - by Marine44360

    Hello,

    In the WP Grid Builder, I have the model of my XStore Child (XStore artmaxy demo product grid). I can open it but I can’t preview it. I have a message : “there is a critic error on your website”.
    Can you help please ?

    Hello,

    Yes, the preview of the grid doesn’t work, there is no ready solution, right now, unfortunately.

    If you want to select the grid in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Custom Product Template For Grid View, but it doesn’t work, read this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/why-grid-builder-doesnt-work/

    And if I make a new grid, how can I choose it for the shop page ?

    Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products style > Product Content Effect – select Custom then select your grid in “Custom Product Template For Grid View”
