Issue in the header display that is sudendly lost

HI
I used to have some settings for my header and suddenly the settings disappeared. I have tried to reset it but mostly my menu is not changing.
Can you please help.

Hi Rose
The menu should be written in blue, and it is all condensed without space. When I try to change the display on the customiser, it does change. It wasn’t like that before and I am not sure why the display changed

Please verify who has access to the settings, as it is possible that changes have been made without your knowledge. Settings do not alter themselves automatically; human intervention is required.

You mentioned that when you attempt to modify the settings, they function correctly. Therefore, please adjust the header according to your requirements and ensure to monitor who has access and what actions are being taken on the site to prevent such issues in the future.

Hi. I am surprised you can see the header like that as i am Seeing it like this: (private content) when I am logged in.
Why is it different when we are login in than when you are not. I am concerned if a customer is connected he will have the same display issue. Thanks
