when i am importing demo not imported properly.

As for demo importing issue is concerned First of all check your theme server requirements https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

I have doing all process according the theme documentation but my problem not resolved yet. so i have raise a ticket for it. pls do it urgently .

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.

As we can see, you imported Elementor version of the default demo – https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/ , so the WPBakery plugin can be disabled.
Also, we would recommend you to check all other plugins that are activated on your site and disable unrequired, because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.

Clear cache and check the content on your site now. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Pls check your demo link it not imported data and ui properly . when i am clicking on my account then it open a right side popup it not as per demo link. And in header language and currency dropdown not displayed as per demo. Pls check it again and resolve my issue.

Pls check it i have already imported it but as per demo my theme is not imported. pls fix it. pls resolve my issue urgently ….

Hello Shailendra,

Fixed. Please check.

According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
As we can see, you used 1 license to activate the theme on a few different domains. Are these sites = 1 end project?

1) Ok.
2) On the demo new search type was activated. Theme options > Header builder > Search > Type – Full-width.
Check your site now.
