Issue importing theme - by Ibs - on WordPress WooCommerce support

It simply is not working. errors keep occurring and it asks for plugin keys

I don’t know the theme version

Hello,

Make sure that you installed the latest version of the theme – 7.2.2
In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

Make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements

I downloaded the latest file: ‘XStore PSD – part 9’ and the following notice came up:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.

When I installed my first download the following notice occurred: ‘error while install ofelementorplugin’

You are trying to install the wrong archive. Read the post and follow the instructions https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error

Try to install plugins manually, as was previously mentioned.
Elelemntor is a free plugin, that can be download from this page – https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/

Hi I followed the first method as per the link initially and it didn’t work at the same point. I also installed and tried to activate all the plugins manually and it didn’t work still. Please could I get more support? I’m getting frustrated.

Hi,

As I can see, the latest version of the theme is installed on your site. What demo version do you want to import?
WPBakery or Elementor?
Provide temporary wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
