I am having an issue when trying to activate my theme license on the domain industrial.fetesa.com.ni.

When I enter the Theme Registration panel, the system shows a popup asking me to select Live Website or Staging Website.
However, the option Live Website (1 SITE) appears disabled, and only the Staging Website option is available.

Content is visible for topic creator and
    support staff only.

    Hello @Enmanuel,

If you see only the staging website option available for purchase code activation, it means that the same purchase is already active for your live store. To check where your purchase is currently activated, please log in to your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/. There, you will find a list of registered websites associated with each of your purchases (https://prnt.sc/ElodPLitdhrW).

You can manually deregister the purchase code in that panel and then activate the purchase code again on your website.

    Hello XStore Support Team,

After successfully activating my theme license, I encountered a new issue when trying to edit any page with Elementor.

Elementor opens, but the widgets panel stays loading indefinitely.

    Hello @Quintus,

Please, disable the widgets in the Elements widget panel on your website that will not be in use (please refer to the documentation: https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/). The panel editor should then load correctly without any issues. At this time we disabled few of those to make less sources used to load the Elementor widgets panel, but we kindly recommend you to increase the Memory limit to at least 512mb (https://prnt.sc/4OJzqNfBg0wo) as was suggested in Elementor documentation.

If you need to use any specific widget that is currently inactive, you can manually activate it in the Elements Manager and save the changes: https://prnt.sc/c0YoezVW5V8K.

    Best regards,
