Is there a way to put tracking code to my email template?

    I tried a free plugin called Advanced shipment tracking but i got problem with my email format (check here : https://prnt.sc/10ueict ) Header appears (logo help center) and i don’t know how to remove it.Anyway i only want to be able to add one field to the template (the tracking number) so i think there’s gonna be a way without installing a plugin.
    So is there a way to put tracking code to my email template?
