Is there a way to custom arrange essential grid posts?

I am currently using Ess. Grid for my portfolio on my ‘Home’ Page and portfolio page, but when I add new Ess. Grid posts, the images are put into random order. I have tried changing the post date, but nothing seems to work. I really need new post to show up first rather than at the end of the image grid. Please advise…

Hello,

There is only Sorting option as described in the plugin documentation:
http://essential.themepunch.com/documentation/#sorting
