also. I was trying to activate option Wrap content for moving to the next row, but it is not working, in Our values and Why buy from us
Hello, Rok,
We appreciate your prompt response.
1/ XStore Builders > Header Builder with Elementor > edit template > Mega menu > Style > https://prnt.sc/Mjk24scdzxnt
2/ The option you mentioned is a feature of the Elementor plugin and is not influenced by our theme. It is likely that a specific combination of settings is preventing the option from functioning as expected.

1. CSS styles added, but I want to turn them off at all on the desktop version
Hello, Rok,
There are two header builders available, and you can choose the one that best suits your preferences:
– Header Builder in Theme Options (old one) – https://youtu.be/RbdKjQrFnO4?feature=shared
– Header Builder with Elementor – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/
If you have 2 builders activated, the settings from the new one (Elementor) will have higher priority.
In your case, the settings from the new Elementor Header Builder work. To disable the Sticky header, please go to XStore Builders > Header Builder with Elementor > edit template > disable Sticky header as on this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/e0yV5TOK0-Ui

omg. resolved. but it’s so difficult to have different builders, finally you’re not sure how exactly to update/resolve some issue(
Hello, Rok,
We would recommend you disable the Header Builder in Theme Options.

Hi,
I’ve added custom tabs on my product pages, but I’m a bit confused about where the content should be loaded from.
For example, I have multiple “Deals,” and a single product may qualify for more than one. On the product page, I’ve created a “Deals” tab where I’d like to display all available rebates for that item. However, I’m not sure how to implement this properly.
I also considered creating individual posts for some items, but it seems there’s no way to dynamically load content based on SKU as a key.
Can you help or suggest any best practices? Ideally, I’d like all related content—like the Download Center, FAQs, Additional Info, etc.—to be managed and loaded from within the product profile itself.
Also, how can I add more custom tab names (see attached screenshot)?
Thanks in advance!

Dear @Rok,
Thank you for reaching out.
You can utilize dynamic tags for each custom tab content, and there is no limit to the number of tabs you can create for a single product. Please refer to the following example: https://prnt.sc/TZ1CXPw6KTNB.
However, please note that the content for each tab must be sourced from fields configured within the Single Product backend. For instance, every product includes a “Description” field, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/0AHgMuLMKGXx, which can be displayed in the following manner: https://prnt.sc/CQBK-JY2giQD.
At the moment, we do not see any custom fields such as “Features” or “Deals” configured in the product backend. Therefore, we kindly ask you to clarify where you would like to source the data for these tabs for each product, as this information is currently not available in your product settings.
We look forward to your response.

Hi Jack, this is exactly what I need.
How can I add a “Features” section in the product backend?
For the “Deals” tab — I want to dynamically show related promotions.
Let’s say I create a specific page like Black Friday Sale, which includes 100 products.
If my product’s SKU is part of that list, I want that page to automatically appear under the “Deals” tab on the product page.
How can I set this up?
Dear @Rok,
Thank you for reaching out.
In this case, implementing your request would require additional customization. By default, the content of the tabs is designed to display static data from the product configuration. However, if you wish to dynamically display tab content based on the product ID, it would be necessary to create custom PHP snippets that insert tabs under specific conditions, such as when a product meets certain criteria.
Please note that such customization falls outside the scope of our standard support, in accordance with Envato’s support policy. Nevertheless, you are welcome to submit a request for this type of customization through your account page at the following link: https://prnt.sc/uRnOoNmR4R87.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting our support policy.

ok, I got it.
What about my other question: How can I add a “Features” section in the product backend?
Hello @Rok,
Thank you for your message.
To add a “Features” section in the product backend, you can use the built-in custom fields or product attributes, depending on your specific needs. Alternatively, you may be able to add such content by using a compatible plugin such as ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).

Are you able to send a screenshot? I really need it. thank you
Dear @Rok,
We hope this message finds you well.
You may install the recommended plugin, Advanced Custom Fields, by visiting the following link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/. Additionally, for your convenience, here is a dedicated tutorial on how to use the plugin’s fields in combination with the Elementor builder: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-acf/.

Thanks! One more question.
I’d like to use custom pages for each brand and category, but it seems like the default archive pages don’t fully meet my needs. I want to include sections like bestsellers, new arrivals, daily deals, and rebates — and the standard archive layout doesn’t really support that.
I could create single pages manually, but that would take significantly more time.
What’s the best approach here?
Is it possible to apply the same style to both “Products” and “Product Lists”?
Right now, one option doesn’t offer the features of the other, but I’d like them to have a consistent style — I don’t like how different they look.
I resolved this one w/ Products.
One more question which we didn’t cover is about Category and Brand pages
Dear @Rok,
Thank you for reaching out.
Since you are utilizing the Archive Products Builder based on Elementor, you have the flexibility to create multiple layout templates with specific display conditions. This allows you to assign certain layouts exclusively to category archives or other taxonomies as needed.
You can fully customize the content of each archive page according to your preferences. For more detailed guidance, please refer to our official documentation available at the following link:

Please, create separated topics for different questions without mixing all together in one topic.
