Is it possible to use the promo text widget elsewhere

1. Tell me, is it possible to use the “Promo text” widget, which is in the header, in another place, or is it intended only there? I would like to put it on the main page under the banner, but since the page is assembled into an Elementor, I do not see this widget in the list of Elementor widgets.

2. And how do the names of the page links change?

but how can I change it so that at the end there is …/contacts/ –
