Is it possible to change my purchase to another design?

    Is it possible to modify my purchase to a different design? I am uncertain if the selected theme aligns with my requirements. I intend to alter the approach of some of the selected items. Is it feasible to import another design from the “Import demos +140 Tab”? Is there an additional fee associated with this? Additionally, I have observed that some information may be lost. While I am not concerned about the style, I would like to understand the potential consequences for the existing pages and how to preserve the progress. But also if possible to save, I’m ok with it. Thanks

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, it is possible to import a different demo design from the “Import Demos +140” tab. You may switch to another demo if you feel that the current one does not fully meet your requirements. There is no additional fee for importing a different demo; this feature is included with your theme purchase.

    However, please note that importing a new demo may overwrite your existing content, depending on the import options you select. To minimize the risk of losing your progress, we strongly recommend creating a full backup of your website before proceeding with the import. This will allow you to restore your current setup if needed.

    We kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider and request a full backup of your current website before proceeding.

    Please also note that there are two available options for modifying the installed demo content:

    1. Without preserving previously installed data
    Please note that if the demo content was initially installed and later modified, all such changes will still be removed during this process.

    2. With preservation of previously installed data
    In this case, all previously added products, pages, and posts will be retained. Only the design (layout and styling) will be updated.

    Kindly let us know which of the above options you would prefer so that we can proceed accordingly.
