Please clarify how we can replicate the issue.

    Regards,

weirdly it seems to work on some and not others.

the main owner of the business is having issues when viewing it on ipad and iphone.

    she said:

This is an issue as I can’t access my website either iPhone or iPad and it I not behaving on the mobile test website.
    I am using 9.2.1.
I am still having icon issues with my iPhone (icons in the top banner not showing in a line). I have cleared the cache and still no update

can you replicate any of these issues at your end?

its = blog not working, menu nav not working, slider on home page not working.

    Hello,

Please update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and check your site after that.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

thanks, i feel like strange things happing to this site?

I only updated the ultimate icons plugin and the master slider plugin since then:

    Mobile
    – the blue banner doesn’t go the entire width
-issues with menu not expanding for breast pumps only (everything else is working)

Changes I have noticed in general:
-cart the product description is cut off
-usually when a product is added to the cart there is a pop where the customer can proceed to check out or continue shopping. This isnt happening anymore?
-Contact us page on the main menu is missing

its strange that this site keeps having things happen, any ideas?

note contact us page went missing when updating the 2 plugins, I had to go back into menu to add it.

yes you may. strange things are happening.

every time I put the contact us back into the menu it disappears shortly after! it has now disappeared 3 times since the post ticket.

actually any time I add it and save, it disappears, just doesn’t want to save.

when saving it also unticks the main and mobile menu buttons which means I then get no menu.

do you know when I can look at this as I have a big campaign running this weekend which I cant stop.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I changed max_input_vars value to 5000 in your php.ini file and was able to add “Contact Us” page to menu. Please check.
Also we checked your site on iPhone and don’t see any issues, please view screenshots:
