Hi,
I’m having an issue whereby the mobile version of the site isn’t shown when viewing from an iPad Air. It has a 9.7-inch Retina display (diagonal). Is there a way that I can configure the site to ensure the mobile view is shown on all mobile devices? Perhaps I can set a specific screen size for the mobile site to be shown?
Thanks in advance.
Jonathan
Hello,
I’ve checked your site in landscape view and it’s working fine:

Please show a screenshot from your side.
Thank you.

Hello,
As we can see from your screenshot your site is showing perfect.
Sorry, but we can’t find any problems with your site at all devices that we’ve checked.

Hi Robert,
I apologise for not being clear enough when describing the defect. The site is shown on the iPad, but the mobile version of the site isn’t shown. As a result the header elements are squashed up. As we expect a large amount of our users to view the site through an iPad this is an important issue for us to fix.
See below for a screenshot of how the mobile view should look.
I hope this makes sense. Please let me know if you require more information.
Hello,
Do you mean some images aren’t shown?
We replied to you in another topic regarding this issue.
Please check it.

Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
I mean the elements in the header aren’t displaying correctly. You’ll see in the first screenshot that the Que Vins logo is aligned to the right and the menu links are still showing. In the second screenshot the logo is aligned middle and there is a mobile menu button (instead of the menu links). The second screenshot is what I’m referring to as the mobile version of the site, but the first isn’t.
Do you understand what I mean?
Hello,
The menu is shown when you view the site in landscape mode on a tablet.
There is no option to change it.

Eva Kemp.
