    Hi,

I am having an issue setting up Shipping Class. I installed the UPS Plugin from Woothemes and though it is enabled it is not appearing in Product Shipping Options. So orders can not be fulfilled at checkout.

The Check out page displays “Invalid Shipping Method” error above when trying to process an order and shows the error below in the shipping section.

“There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

Please let me know what can be done.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

The issue still occurs when using default a WordPress theme. Something in the code is not calling the shipping classes within the product setup pages.

    Hello,

If the issue persists with default WordPress theme too then you have to contact Woocommerce support as the problem is related to the plugin not to the theme.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

At this point Woocommerce is pointing to outdated template files:

“This issue is caused by your theme, they are bundling outdated template files in their themes that have been deprecated for a while now. You should contact the theme developer to get this fixed properly. You can delete that specific file from your theme until this issue has been patched by your theme developer for a temporary fix. WooCommerce will fall back on the default template file, bundled with the plugin.

    Hello,

Did they check the issue with default WordPress theme – Twenty Fifteen?
Please specify it to their support.
Also check yourself if the issue still persists with Twenty Fifteen theme.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
