Invalid Purchase Code when updating plugins

I’m unable to update plugins such as Master Slider Pro, Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer due to “invalid product/license key”.

Am i missing something here? i’m using the Item Purchase Code that came with the theme package.

you can download them on our downloads page here: http://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
After that please update via FTP.
