Hello Support. I have a problem with all new products. I see for every new product this error: invalid or duplicated SKU. I have updated the theme and Xstor core and also woocommerce without any change. Can you help?

Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin access. Also, describe step by step what should be done to re-create the problem.

ok, I go to Products—>new product—> add description, image, category……—->add inventory SKU, add the attributes and the variations—>add the sku in the variation panel—> when I pubblish the product I get this error: Invalid or duplicated SKU
I have disabled all the plugin but still have the problem
Credantial in the private content

Hello,

Are you trying to use the same code for both main and variation SKU? Because if I use the different code I don’t see any problems, you may check the “Camicia Western con frange” product.
