When I submit an order on my website, the order goes through but a warning saying ‘invalid address’ pops-up. I have tried this with several addresses, which aren’t invalid. I have contacted my payment gateway but they have suggested this is an issue with the theme..

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for using our theme!

To define if problem is related to our theme, please, install and activate official WooCommerce theme – Storefront and check your checkout. Do you have this problem? In case the issue persists only with our theme, reply back and provide temporary admin panel and FTP access.

    Regards

When I activate Storefront, do I need this theme to be a child theme? Currently I have installed storefront but the 8theme is not a child theme. If I do need this to be a child theme, how do i install it in relation to the parent theme?

    Thanks

    Hello,

You need to test problem with default theme – Storefront. You don’t need any child theme for this. Just activate theme, go to your checkout and check if you get “invalid address” pops-up. If you get this problem with default theme it means that problem is not related to our theme. If you don’t have any problem with default theme and see the error message with XStore theme only then provide admin panel and FTP access and we’ll check the compatibility of our theme with plugin that you use.

    Regards

    Hi,

This is showing up when I activate storefront…. so the issue is with that theme. Are you able to fix this?

    Thanks

    Hello,

If you have the same problem even with default theme you need contact with plugin authors and tell them that you have the problem with default theme too. They should fix the problem if plugin does not work even with default theme.

We are able to help if the problem is caused by our theme.

    Regards
