Internal server error when opening XStore Theme Options

hello support ,
I Installed the theme on a fresh copy of WordPress but whenever I try to open theme options via XStore -> Theme Options I get Internal Server Error with the following message :
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at you@example.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I dont know why this is happening , please help.
P.S : My machine meets the system requirements.

Hello,

Did you contact your server admin as mentioned in instructions? Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the server error logs and find out why that error appears. Very often this happens when the server blocks the customizer long requests due to security reasons.
As a rule, hosting support is able to help with this and fix the problem.

Hello ,
I am the server admin and I looked at the server error logs , its empty.
This is really strange , I RE-INSTALLED the whole server … nothing changed.
I checked my pre-installed plugins , nothing is interfering …
you can`t help me with this ?

one important thing :
ITS FAILING ON THE POST REQUEST :::

POST http://opticool.store/?customize_changeset_uuid=****&customize_theme=glasses&customize_messenger_channel=preview-0&customize_autosaved=on 500 (Internal Server Error)

Nevermind I’ve found solution in different topic (I copied his ans).
so I’ll leave it here in case somebody experiences same issue:
you need to add
Location “/”
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10m
Location

in the end of htaccess.conf file, located in /wordpress/conf directory
and then just restart the server.
