End of a terrible week and a half…Please help.
I’m having major problems with Legend & Woo Commerce.
When a customer checks out, it gives an ‘Internal Server Error’
Then it gives PayPal (Flow) the order, then a duplicate of that order so that the card is charged twice. UPDATE: Looks like it may only be charging once now.
Pay pal does everything right on their end, even refunding the duplicate order.
(I have pay pal pro integrated into the site)
Also doesn’t work with PayPal Pro shut off, just going outside to PPal site to check out and it gives me this:
‘Parse error: syntax error, enexpected’ / ‘ in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas08_data02/52/3223852/html/wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/emails/customer-processing-order.php on line
When we striped it of the theme and it worked great.
It said ‘order is complete!’ And went through fine.
I’ve paid people to help, spoken for hours with every support person I can find.
It is definitely on your end.
What can you do to help?
