Internal server error are showed after click to pay an order in checkout page

I tried to do in test mode an order but after i payed in the top of the page show the error: Internal server error.
Also It does not showed the page of order confirmation after the checkout.
I Disabled all the plugin and i saw that there is a conflict with woocommerce.
I have in the same time put the wp_memory limit 128M

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Do you have this issue if you enable any other WP theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty?
Please provide the error_log file.
Have you tried to contact your hosting provider to check the situation from their side?
