Hi team I bought the Xstore thme from themeforest and installed in my wordpress website but when i going to theme option it is showing me the error as below
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please do the needful as I am not able to edit anything in theme option visually I am also sharing the log in id and password for my wordpress website but how do I provide you FTP credential I don’t know because I am currently hosting my website on google cloud hosting free tier and there I am not getting any option for FTP account
when i rechecked the customization option after installing other theme it is working fine but with xstore it is showing internal server error
