Internal Server Error 500 – too much request

Hi,
i’m here again because we continue facing problem with high number of request that causes an Internal Server Error on our website.

Every 24h the site goes down for the same reason, we think it depends on the .htaccess file in wordpress or a plugin but no, we do a test switching the theme to a basic one of WP and the website return to work.

I have already opened a topic about something similar for another domain where we have the same theme and problems related to the load of the website.

Our website is very slow when the theme is active, and is not just about the images or php, or java inside.. the theme is so heavy. period. And you can check it too by yourself.

I’m here because i love your theme but it comes to be a problem.
I’ll share with you credential for admin session but i hope you could make some solution to your theme to make it lighter.

Hello,

We are working on major theme update to reduce the number of requests while you using customizer and make it faster. We need more time to finish development of the major version and can’t upload it to your site because of the bugs that we test. Probably update will be in July. So, we would be grateful if you could wait for the update or we are ready to give you refund.
