Internal error 500 - by Lucas Naga - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello ,
    I purchase your theme (woopress – one page) and install it, but soon after installing the theme the site starts giving the error ‘ 500 internal server error’ and ‘ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE’
    When i checked the server he was pointing virtual and physical memory used in 100 %.
    This is happening all the time. My server clears the memory and some acces later it crashes again.
    I already try to increase the WP memory limit to 124mb but it didnt work.
    Have you seen this touble before? Can you help me?

    We can’t view your site. Looks like the access is restricted on a server.

    My site is with a simple construction mode activated and has no protection. With a FTP or a WP acces you supost to be able to view it.
    What exactly is the message that you are receiving?

    Ok, this can be exactly the problem. The site stop responding some times out of the bloom. But I notice that non of the password that I gave to you are correct. I will send the right ones in the private content.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately we still can’t open your site because of the error I showed you on the screenshot.
    Please check it with your hosting provider. Perhaps Firewall on a server is blocking access.

    The firewall of the server is off and the host said that is no reason for this error. I acces the site just niw usibg a proxy and it works fine, just as work in every computer that i test it. Please verify if the problem is not on your internet or computer. I’m really in need of your help because my e-commerce opens in 4 days and the web site still unstable.

    Thats been 6 days since the last reply. I’m still getting the same error and my shop opens this week. Why wont anybody help me?

    We’re sorry for a delay, unfortunately we still can’t reach your site getting the error “Server not found”.
