Interior Demo importing problem with my website

Hi,

I have installed the theme correctly but when I wanted to import the “interior” demo…its getting installed but giving error that “pages, homepage etc not installed” and some server side message

Can you please check and suggest what to do

Hello, @webpat,

I have checked your provided site and this is what I see on your site: https://postimg.cc/0KP3PpDY it has the error. Please first make sure that your server requirements must meet the theme and plugins requirements like: https://imgbb.com/VBscvWg and for that contact your hosting provider.

And then Please try to deactivate and then reactivate the theme again with the same purchase code and then try to import the demo on your site. I hope your issue will be resolved.

Thanks for prompt reply……. The System requirements were checked while installing the theme and they were OK….

Hello, @webpat,

To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m

2. Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7

3. Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.

We believe that the issue is caused by third-party plugins on your website. Please deactivate all third-party plugins and attempt to import the demo content then.
Please let us know the outcome.

why did you ask login password then,,,,,,,, when u just have to tell that?….The plugins are installed as part of the theme….I did not install any plugin
