    Hello, @JoHuCa,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    1) If you wish to add image icons to the menu is similar to the XStore demo, please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > new all departments menu > Click on 8Theme custom link option > Menu option > there you may see the option Use img like, Choose/Select as image.

    Please refer to the provided images here: https://postimg.cc/v4BdVW9q , https://ibb.co/hc74CXh and https://ibb.co/K038K1f. You are welcome to use any icon image in the image box as per your needs.

    2) To convert the English buttons into Vietnamese, we recommend using the Loco Translate plugin. You need to edit the language files of the Xstore theme and core-plugin. For a more detailed guide, please refer to the article provided in the link below:

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. Hello, @JoHuCa,

    Thank you for your response.

    1) If you wish to display menu images on the same left side across all three devices, kindly remove the last CSS code provided in my previous response.

    To proceed, please copy and paste the following CSS code into the designated path: Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. Following this, ensure to clear your browser cache for the changes to take effect.

    @media screen and (max-width: 1200px) {
    .et_element.et_b_header-menu.header-mobile-menu.flex.align-items-center img.attachment-thumb.size-thumb.lazyload.lazyload-lqip.et-lazy-loaded {
        order: 0 !important;
    }
    }

    We hope this will solve your issue.

    2) If you wish to disable the lazy load effect, kindly adhere to the following instructions:

    1. Go to ‘Edit Page with Elementor’.
    2. Move to each element’s ‘Settings of Element’.
    3. Select ‘Advanced’.
    4. Choose ‘XStore ajaxify’.
    5. Locate ‘Lazy loading’ and switch it to ‘Off’.
    6. Lastly, update the settings.
