Hello,
I would like to have the website in 2 languages. Which plugin do you suggest and is there any related documentation?

Also, can the logo be different in each language?

Hello,

You can use WPML plugin https://wpml.org/ which is compatible with the theme.
Their documentation is https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/ .
Unfortunately there is no option to have different logos for different languages.
