    Hi,

I have asked for support with my Child theme and theme update in the topic ‘Menu questions’. Jack Richardson answered on February 6, 2017 the following: ‘Please specify what changes should be moved to the child theme and we’ll help you with it.’

In this new topic I wish to specify the changes that I have added to Royal Theme 2.8 so that you can place them in the Child theme of my website. Please note that a developer has made changes to my Child theme, which I wish to keep. Also, please update my Royal theme to the newest version. Thank you kindly.

Please see ‘Private Content’ for the changes that I made and for my login codes.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the long delay.
Please make full backup of the site, DB and theme options and we’ll update theme for you.

You may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Thank you Rose.

How do I make a backup of the theme options? Do you mean the Custom CSS? If that is so, then I have made a backup of the site, DB and theme options.

You may enter my licence code for the theme update.

    Kind regards,

    Christian

    Hello,

To save your theme options go to Theme Options > Import/Export > Import or Export your theme configuration > Export Options and save it in file.
Great, I will inform you when we finish the update.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

    Dear Rose,

I just read your message. Could you please make an export of the theme configuration?

I believe you are now working on it and I cannot access the admin page or the website. Many thanks 🙂

The admin password corrects itself automatically:

You need to remove ‘amp;’ from it. See private content

    Updated. Please check.

You have 1 outdated file /Christian-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php http://prntscr.com/f8fa64, you need to transfer your changes to the new file version.

    Hello, @sirr404,

Please update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/. Also, try to disable all the third-party plugins that did not come bundled with our theme and then check.
Please check the issue with Storefront theme – official WC theme. Let us know the result.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
