Installed theme doesn't look exactly like demo

Hi, we have installed theme here https://www.eger.gr/shop/ (in order for you to see it user: eger pass: eger | or the admin credentials below)

we wanted to be exactly like this demo https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/electronics/ but although it showed “successfully installed” some colors and some other elements are missing , why?

Hello,

Have you checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements ? Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase these values https://prnt.sc/jsdwoh
Looks like Theme Options weren’t fully imported. Here you can find XStore XML files v 4.24 – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and file with Theme Settings http://prntscr.com/jsdvso You need to import options.json file, do it by copying the text file and pasting its content into the Import from File field on the Import/Export tab in XStore Theme Options.

ok I did as you said, there still one tiny issue, the bar with product catefories on the left of the slider is missing https://goo.gl/fqT1rm , we want it as the demo https://goo.gl/1GzUik

Wp-admin credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
This is secondary menu http://prntscr.com/juxke3 You need to create a new menu and mark it as secondary – https://prnt.sc/jjdqft
We can help you with this menu, simply let us know correct wp-admin access.

In 4.16 theme version Menu options were moved into popup https://image.prntscr.com/image/5yXyaVh9QG_srPw4jpVEdw.png so to be able to see all menu settings, you need to click on “8Theme Page Options”.

Hi again, we noticed another problem, when clicking on any product doesn’t dislplay anything, the product page shows only the product title and nothing else, why?

I’ve disabled WooZone plugin. Please check single product page now.
If you plan to use the plugin, provide us with temporary FTP access in the Private Content area.

Hi again, we noticed another problem, in our installation https://www.eger.gr/shop/ when you scroll down menu doesn’t appear until you scroll a little bit up again. In demo https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/electronics/ sticky menu appears the moment you scroll past down the header area, we need the same effect.

Have you changed access? I can’t log in.
Theme Options > General > Header Settings > Fixed header type > Fixed.

No I didn’t changed access, just to be sure I created the same password again, try and tell me.
Header fixed, one small problem remaining: down to the front page there is a “Subscribe To Our Newsletter!” banner, it looks a little bit different from demo (email field much smaller and different, also the whole banner is smaller), can we make it as demo?

Please add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Csutom css:

```

Hi again, another issue emerged, in the products page here https://www.eger.gr/shop/?post_type=product (you need to be logged in to see it-credentials the same) after the products there is a “Load More Products” button. This button doesn’t work, why?
