    Hi,

    I installed the two snippets for the Google Tag Manager in Theme File Editor > Xstore > Header Page Template. But now I have code on my website above my header (See screenshot). Please help me get rid of this again 😀

    Best regards,
    Trine

    Hello, Woolwolf,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To add Google Tag Manager (GTM) code, you can insert it into the header or footer of your site. This is often done through the 3rd party plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-headers-and-footers/ , or by editing the header.php file (copy file from the XStore parent theme to the child).

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer.

    The Google Tag Manager (GTM) code is already installed and working. But I must have accidentally changed/ deleted/ interrupted some other code in the process. Now this text is showing on my website (see attached screenshot):

    class=”archive post-type-archive post-type-archive-product logged-in admin-bar no-customize-support wp-custom-logo theme-xstore woocommerce-shop woocommerce woocommerce-page woocommerce-no-js noptin et_cart-type-2 wide et-preloader-off et-catalog-off et-enable-swatch elementor-default elementor-template-full-width elementor-kit-11 elementor-page-1459 currency-dkk” data-mode=”light”>

    …and I have no idea how to get rid of it. Please advise, thank you.

    Best,

    Trine

    Dear @Woolwolf,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we have reverted the header.php file to its original state from the XStore parent theme. To integrate the GTM codes, we kindly recommend using the following plugin:

    [Insert Headers and Footers](https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/)

    Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
